Over time grit and dirt become embedded so deeply that professional cleaning is required. Fine area rugs should be taken out of the home for proper cleaning. The cleaning will remove the grit as well as the surface soiling that gradually dulls the appearance of the carpet. Never allow wall-to-wall carpet cleaning firms to clean a fine area rug in your home, as it will harm your rugs.
We also offer repair and restoration for older and antique fine rugs. Minor repairs are often beneficial. Restoration services include cleaning, repairing fringes, recovering selvages and re-knotting damaged or missing patterns. We also do major repairs and restoration, including re-piling worn areas and rebuilding the warp and weft. And, we offer free pick-up & delivery.
